7 Advisers
The 7 Advisers campaign will follow 7 different advisers in their professional lives via a series of video diary entries throughout the year providing insight into their professional lives, the challenges they face and the successes they enjoy.
We will post the links to each adviser’s video diaries below but first of all let’s meet our advisers:
Andy McKinney – Gameplan Financial
Andy McKinney from Gameplan Financial is a self-proclaimed family man and a sports fanatic. He takes an holistic approach to ensuring financial resilience for households across the UK. He is of course very passionate when it comes to Income Protection but also focuses on the added benefits such as Fracture Cover. He prides himself on his provider spread, which showcases his product knowledge and putting the clients’ best interests first.
A charity fundraiser, Andy has created a partnership with The Hospice of The Good Shepherd based in Chester, for each referral shared Andy, donates £100 for giving them financial advice when it comes to protection insurances.

Anthony Andreoli – LifeSearch
Anthony is a dedicated trained professional adviser who is an expert in the field of personal protection products. He is someone who puts the customers’ needs first, focusing on what the best forms of protection would be to safeguard an individual or family needs are at any stage of their lives.
Anthony loves speaking to families on the phone and they usually go away knowing as much about his life and health as they let him know about theirs; that is how open he is and how he values his clients.
Anthony has been at LifeSearch since February 2013 and is RO5 Qualified – Cert CII.

Hanna McKallip – Premier Plus Ltd
Hanna has worked in the Financial Services Industry for almost 5 years, after graduating with a Bachelors in English Literature. She completed her Cert CII (MP) studies in lockdown and has been advising since, but has recently moved over into the Protection only world. Hanna is also studying to complete her Certificate in Protection to help build her skills as an adviser. When she’s not working she’s either reading, on a bottomless brunch, or cooking up a storm for anyone who’s free for dinner!

Hollie Osborne – Gemstone Mortgages
Hollie Osborne is a Mortgage and Protection Adviser at Gemstone Mortgages. She has been advising now for two years and absolutely loves what she does. She goes through the whole process with her customers, from finding a property and submitting their mortgage application, all the way through to ensuring that they have the right protection in place to protect their mortgage and their family. Hollie likes to build strong relationships with her customers from the start, so they then trust her to arrange their protection portfolio for them.

Mike Roberts – Pennymatters Limited
Mike has more than 30 years’ experience in financial services and has worked as an IFA since 2000. His experience means he is well placed to provide Independent & expert advice, which he does in a friendly and helpful manner. Mike specialises in Pensions, Investments, Mortgages and Protection, making sure the clients needs are always put first. He also aims to educate clients to help them understand their position and how to improve it for their benefit.
Mike has been married for over 25 years and has 2 grown up sons. He loves spending time with his family and also time on the golf course.

Nathaniel Lee – Business Protected
Meet Nathaniel, the managing director of Business Protected who has been supporting the UK’s SMEs for the last few years. With a passion for helping clients and building the team professionally, and basketball and cooking personally, Nathaniel is driven to succeed. After an undergraduate and master’s degree during which he gained experience in corporate risk, he started his first company in the education sector. Retraining in financial services as a mortgage broker years later, he moved through regulated, bridging, and commercial lending into insurance supporting business owners with their financial risk and protection.

Tracey Boyd – Mortgage Hub Expert Ltd
Tracey has been in the Mortgage & Protection Industry for over 20 years, having worked for a leading Estate Agency and Financial Services Company, Small Brokerages, Banking, IFA, she finally set up Mortgage Hub Expert Ltd in 2018. Tracey is passionate about helping her clients and ensuring that they are all fully aware of the importance of both mortgage and personal protection. Mortgage Hub Expert Ltd is based from Tracey’s home in Berrow, a small Village at the foot of the Malvern Hills in Worcestershire.
