Day two focused on the business of protection, with insights from an expert adviser panel, Roy McLoughlin on small group schemes, and our advisers on the value of keeping knowledge fresh. We closed with Customer Fortunes – a lively, game-show-style session on overcoming objections.

Wednesday 24th September - Working Smarter as an Adviser

Day three focused on the tools that make advisers’ work easier and more effective. Our panel shared what has had the biggest impact in practice, and we heard case studies from Tracey Boyd and Nicola Huxley on improving social media presence and processes. Friday 26th September - Income Protection: One size doesn't fit all
